STRATEGIC PLAN:
With a generous grant from the Omega Institute in 2016, our Board of Directors met at the Omega Campus for a Strategic Planning Retreat. Over the course of three days we developed our first Strategic Plan, which guides our decision making process and priorities. In 2018, we were again granted a gift by the Omega Institute. The Board and Youth Action Team met to review and revise the Foundation Strategic Plan. We update the Plan each year at our Annual Board meeting.

We are a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving the lives of teens in the Hudson Valley and in Nepal.
